Employment and Labor Law

Good relations between labor and management are very important for companies, and directly affect their profitability. Establishing and maintaining a work environment in which employees can work safely and peacefully is also an important obligation of a company.

It is important for management to be aware of the various labor and employment laws from the recruiting stage, and to establish office regulations and other internal rules regarding working conditions, human affairs, the transfer and relocation of employees, and retirement in accordance with the related laws, and to always comply with these laws and rules.

To prevent labor disputes to the extent possible, we provide legal advice such as the preparation of employment rules and working conditions, etc.

Even if an employee sues a company for reasons such as discrimination, unfair treatment, or sexual harassment, or a labor union demands to bargain collectively with a company, we will do our best to find an appropriate solution to every case.

Recently, in addition to traditional labor disputes, the worsening of the working environment has become a serious problem, and has resulted in an increase in labor compensation lawsuits arising out of death from overwork and sick leave due to employee depression, creating damage liabilities for a company.

We will, in alliance with certified social insurance and labor consultants and company doctors, provide integrated consulting services in order to create an appropriate labor environment both for employees and managers, with the purpose of maximizing both profits and social welfare.

Our services include the following areas:
  • Employment and other human resource problems
